- Why do I need a privacy policy for lead ads?
- Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google all require a linked privacy policy before they'll let you run a lead-generation campaign that collects contact details. It has to be a live, publicly accessible URL — not just a PDF or a line of text in your ad.
- What exactly does the generated policy cover?
- The standard sections ad platforms check for: what information you collect through lead ads, how you use it, how you protect it, whether you share it with third parties, and how someone can ask you to access, correct or delete their data.
- Is this legally binding?
- This tool generates a generic template covering the basics most ad platforms check for. It isn't a substitute for legal advice — if you're collecting sensitive data or operating under specific regulations (GDPR, India's DPDP Act, etc.), have a lawyer review it before you rely on it.
- Can I reuse the same link across Meta, Google and LinkedIn?
- Yes — each generated policy gets one permanent link you can paste into every ad platform's privacy policy field, rather than generating a separate one per platform.
- Do I need to create an account?
